Do you know if there's a way for customers to get their balance when they pay using jotform and stripe?

So far, I think what you could be referring to is that you wanted to know the data (balance) of the payment account of the users after they made payment using Stripe payment. 

If this is it, I can tell you right away that it is not possible within the form. There is no means to capture the balance data of the users from their Stripe account.
