Added a long text field but it's not displaying on my site.

    I added a memo section to the form but it isn't displaying on the website. 

    I tried clearing the form cache and the browser cache. Still not displaying. Please advise.

    Yes, but it's not displaying in my browser and I cleared the cache. What else should I try?

    What browser are you using?

    Did you try using the incognito (private) mode of the browser?

    Did you try using a different browser?

    I've tried using Chrome and Firefox. I've also tried them in private browsing mode.

    Still not showing up.

    Maybe your network is getting a cached version of the page.

    What if you visit the form directly? https://form.jotform.us/71135352956155

    If that doesn't work, can you try using a proxy site like https://www.proxysite.com/ and copy the URL https://form.jotform.us/71135352956155

    You're not suggesting that I send users to a proxy site to view the website are you?

    It isn't displaying on my Macbook in Firefox or Chrome. I've had other people check there computers also. Still not showing up.

    Do you have any other help to offer?

    No, I'm not suggesting that you send users to a proxy site. I just wanted you to see that it works from other locations.

    It must be a server/network issue because I can see the changes that you have added.

    I'm unable to reproduce this either. I visited your site and I can view the memo field. Kindly try re-embedding the form using other embed method or try cloning the form and grab a new embed code then replace the one you have on your site.

    Here's what I see.

    I took the iframe code and pasted it in new a little while ago and it seems to be working now.
