My organization is considering purchasing JotForm to help with annual registration and purchasing, using PayPal integration.  My question is, can your forms handle signing up for something that does not cost anything, i.e. one of our annual registration options is getting a printed roster for the organization, there is no cost to opt in, we just need to know how many members what one, so we know how many to print.  But in addition to that option, we also need to collect $$ for annual dues and our organization's quarterly publication.

We can do this using by using a Custom Product fields using either Checkboxes, Single Options or Dropdown fields as our products options.

Then we assign a calculation value on the option that will collect the Annual dues, and transfer it to a "Form Calculation" widget which will transfer the value to your Payment Field.

Since this is a subscription, we need to setup the Payment Type of your Paypal Integration as "Sell Subscription."

Then you create a Product for your Annual Dues and turn ON "Set Variable Price" then select the "Form Calculation" field.

I added some Show/Hide conditional so that the Payment Field will only show if "Collect Annual Due" is selected (These are just optional).

This is a sample form I created https://form.jotform.com/73467766200964
