How to display input field value into a Text field?

    Good afternoon. I'm attempting to bring the answer from one field (#15, Surety Company) into a text field (#51, "click to edit"), so that field 51 forms a sentence: "Correctly signed and completed application for ______ must be attached...".  Per the instructions in other forum questions, I made a Calculate Condition where "If 15 is filled, calculate value, summary...

    However, the result is not coming through. NOTHING is coming through.

    I tested using https://www.jotform.com/build/73414510134141/?SuCo=WesternSurety

    which is properly populating field #15 and should trigger the condition. Help?

    There is no need to use conditions, all you need to do is to type the text, and include the field from the "Form Fields" dropdown, please see this example:
