Submissions are not forwarding to my email

    Hello Support.

    I have been using Jotform for 10 years now with great success, however for the past few months the submissions have stopped coming through to my email.

    i have tried various fixes including changing the recipient email. But with no luck.

    My form:

    Account type:    BRONZE
    User name:       audiopod

    I tried changing the SMTP settings but this did not work

    I have recently changed the recipient email to a gmail account 

    Please take a look at my account and advise what is going wrong.

    I checked you email history and I have seen a few email sent to ""


    Have you already checked the Trash/Archive folder?

    In your Email Notification, Can you please try using "" or ""
