I must be doing something wrong because I'm only receiving a notification email from JotForm when a lead has been captured, but the customer data is not being sent to Zoho.

We are terribly sorry to hear that. Have you tried removing your form's current integration to Zoho and redoing it? If not, please do, then get back to us if it produces the same result.
