PDF is not displaying on the form

    I have used the PDF embedded, however PDF is not being displayed.

    Can you please advise. Form ID is below

    Our apologies for any inconvenience that has caused to you. I checked your form which you have aforementioned. However, I am unable to replicate the issue.

    Would you please let us know whether the issue persists? I would like to recommend you to clear your browser's cache and also try it on other browsers either.
