How to removed background from form?

I have another quick question….

Is there a way to only include form and exclude background? For Example, I would like to include form below on one of my pages, but would like form not to include anything right above “Register & Claim Cash Rebate”

I’ve attached example on how I would like form to display and example on how form is currently displayed that I would like to revise below.

I did check your form and found that you are using new form layout. It is not possible to remove the page background but you can change the page background by selecting appropriate "Palettes" from form designer. Please check the screenshot below:
