How can I move my shared forms into myforms?

Hi jotform support!

I currently use the 'waiver' form for my business on a daily basis.

It is a shared form under TamaraClements.  It has exceeded its allocated quota but we need to keep using it. We have just purchased a bronze subscription. 

How do i move it from shared with you into the my forms folder to continue using it?

The only way to move the shared forms to your myforms would be by transferring it or cloning it.

If you want to transfer the form, TamaraClements I assume is the owner of the form must create a thread and ask to move the specific form to your account using this format.

Name of the form or form number then the target username that the form would be transferred.
