The form on this page is not updating - https://www.treadwright.com/pages/enter-to-win

It is the Enter To Win form on our Jot Form which you can see attached is different than the one you see on the webpage. Why is it doing this?  IS there something I need to do?  The code is the same

I have checked your form in your website and it is identical as the form in the builder except for the position of the labels.

Here is a screenshot on the form builder.

The embedded IFrame adjusted its width when placed in your website to fit the whole content properly and when also viewed on mobile devices.

Hope this answers your questions but if not, please let us know so we can help your further.
