I cloned a form. changed name.
Edited form. Problem---When I look at the email template it's all screwed up. Example: Some of the field names are correct to match the newly edited form. Some are from the old form.
What's up??? This is a major error. Please advise. Thank you.

Please provide us a link of the form you are working on. Also, tell us which fields are causing the issue.
Most likely the Update Email option is disabled inside of the email Settings or the email temple was modified.
You can resolve the issue by deleting the existing email Notification and creating a new email Notification
