I've been working on this form and making progress, but it has been the trickiest one I've worked on so far... (mostly because I am figuring out how to do things as I go).

    The form is

I've already posted other questions threads, but in this case I am curious and need to know the following:

We adjusted the "email" submission settings, essentially adjusting how it displays in the email.......  that works..... when generating the PDF from that same test submission however, it does not reflect those same changes.  So my question is, how do I adjust how the PDF looks?  I assumed by adjusting the email "layout" it would generate the PDF FROM that... but it does not appear to ahve any affect?

I snapped a screenshot (which I then have to email myself at home, RDP home, and put on my own webserver in order to share... PITA... why not give us the ability to upload a small file... for those of us that do not have quick/easy access to a webserver???  Anyway that aside here is a link to a screenshot of what I mean......

The very last portion "order details" wastes so much space under the left hand culumn, under the title "order details".  I've adjsuted the email template and made the matrix appear below the order details, and it is email the full width (not wasting the space), but the pdf hasnt changed.

    Thanks for any help/ideas

If you're talking about the form submission PDF file, then you should know that the email template CANNOT affect how the submission PDF looks.

Submission PDFs are generated independently. As such, there is no possible way to alter its layout.

    Sorry about that.

Okay, that is unfortunate and it does answer my question (not the end of the world but a little silly)...

I *hoped* the PDF was being generated from the email "template"......  the pdf's waste so much space....

Thank you... at least I won't waste too much time trying then lol.

Is there any plan to make the pdf match the email template? This would make a big difference for us upgrading to a paid plan.

Mind starting your own thread / question?  I assumed this was a reply to my question.... yet it made no sense.

If I could delete your response, I would :Þ
