Since the form is moved from the other account, it looks like the files are still associated with VBH account. We are sorry about that. We have now changed the ownership of the files uploaded to the form to your account Ifpass.

There is another problem (I'm really sorry !)
Before all forms from VBH account have been transfered to Ifpass account, the forms were called for example : https://form.jotformeu.com/VBH/ifpass-emploi-assurance-CV. Now, this mentionned form is called https://form.jotformeu.com/Ifpass/ifpass-emploi-assurance-CV : it's logical because of what happened.
But, people who want to submit, they don't know what happened. So, if they submit, they reach the originating form https://form.jotformeu.com/VBH/ifpass-emploi-assurance-CV not the new form https://form.jotformeu.com/Ifpass/ifpass-emploi-assurance-CV.
So, I recreated the originating form in order to permit people to reach a satisfactory webpage (not an error webpage) but, this recreated form is just a kind of showcase or display to inform people of the necessity to reach the new form indicating the new URL.
I think it's the best solution for the moment unless maybe you can do something else ?

Since the account username is a part of custom URL's, they do need to be updated in order to be functional. I think your solution if about the only thing possible as far as redirecting users from the old URL to the new one, at least until they get used to the new ones.
