How many forms we have under our account?

 I only made 1 form but the system says I made 5 forms.  I'm trying this out to see if it will work for my sales job. Can you confirm that I still have 4 forms to go?

I won't know until February if this system will work for my clients, but I would like to practice before committing to a larger plan in Feb.
