Paid or non-paid version won't allow you to inject your Facebook pixel code into Jotform. Our form will filter any type of script code being injected on the form for security reasons.
Also, based on my research and this is also according to Facebook guide that your pixel code should be placed in the head element. This means that you will have to put your pixel code in your website source code for this to work. Also, you have to place the code on each page where you want Facebook to track your pixel data for analytics.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
