Hi,
I was suspended from my account when I log in. How can I get my account to not be suspended anymore?

Your account has been suspended since you have a password field on your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/73355101484250.
The password field triggered the alert and that's why your account was suspended, we understand that you might not be asking for such info for phishing purposes, but we need to act according to our terms.
I have deleted the field from your form for now in order to reactivate your account.

Your account is currently active, are you still unable to log in?
