Suggestion about Highrise Cases Feature

    Hi there. I've been using JotForm for a few months now and love it. My organization uses 37signals' Highrise, and I think I'm going to find the integration very useful. But you know what would be great? If you could include the Cases feature with your Highrise integration. Integration with Tasks might be more useful if Highrise actually integrated Tasks the (strangely completely separate/independent) tasks part of a Case (which I will suggest to them). In the meantime, straight-up integration between JotForm and Cases would be awesome. That's all :)

    Thanks for your great feedback. I have now added your suggestion to our user's wish list. I think this is the first request about highrise cases so they might not prioritized this request and I hope you'll understand it. Our team is extremely busy with some other most requested features and bugs that needs urgent attention. However, if we received any information's about this request from our dev team, we'll surely let you know here.

    We are also interested in associating the contacts generated from a JotForm submission to a specific case.

    Feature has been implemented... It can be used with Case and Contact...
