Why I'm billed too much?

    Hi, I have just updated my credit card details and the sale price was half price and I have just received an email saying I have paid full price of $190.00.

    Can you please help?

    Your previous plan was a discounted one, but that discount was for a year, at the end of the subscription period it would renew but with regular price. 

    And that's what happened.

    We could refund and cancel your last subscription so you can re-upgrade to the same plan with our current end of year discount that we offer.

    Please confirm if you want to do so.

    I have refunded your most recent subscription and downgraded back you to free plan. You can resubscribe one of our paid plans with the end of year discount now.
