How to allow users to choose two different dates and time on the form?

Hey i've made a formulier that works perfect. Parents choose the class and afterwards an hour to meet the teacher. Now i have to make another one. 

But with a bit difference. There are two days they can choose from. So parents choose a day, the class and afterwards an hour to meet the teacher. There has to be two times to choose of hours (for each day). 

Before i start i want to get your opinion about how to build this

Is there a possibility to get two choises next to  each other like my screenshot. And they've to choose or left or right ?

Since you want to enable the users to choose two different dates and time, you may consider using two separate date fields enabled with time option from the field properties.
