Can I change my username?

Can you please advise if we can change the username linked to our current account?

Yes, you can change your username.

Please provide at least 3 unique username so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore.

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
