I've looked in the forums and everywhere else I can... but I'm not able to figure out why the decimals aren't carrying over to total cost in my payment form? I have the options checked that I am aware of that should allow decimals... but it's a no go. Can anyone explain what's going on here?

I can clearly see the problem. This looks like it could be a bug.
So I have escalated the issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response here on this thread.

This is fixed now.
