We purchased the premium version of jotform as we needed the stripe integration however every so often we have to disconnect and reconnect stripe to get it working.
Its becoming a pain and to be honest we are missing payments because we are unaware that we have to do the procedure above.
Can you explain why this happens and what if anything you are doing to address it?

The solution for this issue is to remove your Stripe payment integration and add it again. It will remember your configuration. So you wont have to set it up again.

If the problem persists then we can escalate the issue to Level 2 support.
