Not able to close form with formating

    I am trying to clone the following form. However when i do so it changes the fomtting to a fluid, multipage form, verses a one page form. I need to have the original format but in another form. Please advise as to why i am being forced use a different format. Thank you

    You can change the form layout from your form settings.

    Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

    Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and select "All Questions in One Page".
