    Can you help me access my account? I need to reset the password but it will
    not send me a resent notification to my email. Thank you!

    We've sent you the reset email. The emails may have been filtered as spam so kindly check. I would also suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list before trying to do the reset password again. 

    Also, you've posted this thread while logged in so not sure if you have already figured this out.
