Can I redirect to a different page based on what a user select on dropdown upon submission?

I have a simple question and hope you have answers…

Can I create a form, where depending on what the user choose from a dropdown (say a particular state), the user will then be redirected to a certain landing page upon form submission?

So if a person chose texas from dropdown, he will be lead to a page that has a list of texas outlets?
