    Hello Jotform,

Let me start that we are super happy with your form builder. Even my developer colleagues use it from time to time because it's so easy. Though I have a problem now:

I've got quite some forms in my account, and most of the time I need a duplicate from an older form because the old one needs to stay online and a new one needs to be added. But from today I'm experiencing problems with duplicating forms. it has a total different style and settings. See attached screenshot for explanation.

Is there something I can do about it? I'm also missing some functions in new forms like custom CSS.

    Hope you can help!

    Kind Regards

The original form is using the All Questions in One Page layout. If you want the duplicate form to look the same as the original you need to change the duplicate's form layout from Single Question in One Page to All Questions in One Page.

First, click Edit Form on the duplicate (cloned) form.

Then click the SETTINGS tab button and after that click the SHOW MORE OPTIONS button.

Go to the bottom of the page and change the Form Layout to All Questions in One Page.

A popup window might appear after you make this change asking you why you switched the layout.

That's it. You should be good to go.

Also, when you switch to the All Questions in One Page layout, the custom CSS tab should appear.

I have checked your account and your default layout is card style, that is why when you clone your forms it becomes the new style or card style.

You can edit your Form Layout in your forms just like the example agonhasani did and you can also edit it in your myaccount/settings.

    Go to your myaccount

Then Settings and change the Form Layout  to "All Question in One Page".

Now, your default Form Layout will become All Questions in One Page.

    @ Richie_P

Hi, I just wanted to express my support for your post. I have been a user and booster of JotForm for years. This new form layout system is not a step forward in my opinion.

I to liked the ability to write custom css script and design our forms with a lot of flexibility. This new page per question is horrible, at least there is a way out.

As users we need to stand up for our right to have the control we had back in our hands with the legacy layout.

I am campaigning to have the new layout offer that again.

    Best regards, Robert
