How to clone a form and change payment method to accept cash orders?

I have a form that is set up through paypal, but id like to clone that form and make it without a method of payment so i can use it for cash orders. Please help!

After that, simply remove the Paypal field and replace it with the purchase order:

The form builder will automatically add the product items without the need to re-configure them. The Purchase Order allows you to accept orders without online payment.
