    I account has been suspended so I request you to delete the offensive fields as please activate my account

    I'm sorry, but we cannot reactivate forms that violate our Terms of Use.

    Your form contains PhonePe material, and I don't think you are authorized to do so.

    You are also using Digital India's logo which I also think you are not authorized.

    You are also asking a Bank Account information in the form.

    See PhonePe is a digital wallet & payment gate way company.

    And Digital India is a program launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote digital services like digital payments etc.

     

     
    As per required for my account deactivation ,I have provided the required details.
     
    1. I use this form to embed in my Android app,the function of my app is to transfer money from e-wallets to bank account or another e-wallet (IN INDIA ONLY)
     
    2.No,I have never ever asked any customer to enter any username or password of him
     
     
    Please delete the offensive fields as per you and reactivate my account

    Firstly, You are thinking wrong about us.We are not doing any type of fraud or other activities that is offensive.

    Phonepe is a digital wallet payment platform & payment gateway like Paytm or Mobikwik & Digital India is a initiative launched by Prime Minister of India.Mr Narendra Modi to promote digital services like facebook , whatsapp ,internet ,digital payments etc.I have entered two offensive field requesting their bank account no & IFSC (Branch code) which I should not enter as per your policy.Kindly delete those fields.

    I use this in my app,please see the app reviews to understand weather I am doing any fraud or not.

    To prevent further auto-suspensions you must do the following:

    1. Update the email address, replace it with a corporate email .

    2. The domain in the email address should reflect a website that reflects it's truly an e-wallet.

    3. If possible, upgrade the account at least to Bronze. That way the system will not autosuspend the forms that result as suspicious of phishing activity.
