I'm baffled. Usually I've been able to clone a form. Today, nothing happens when I click on the More button next to an existing form in order to Clone it.
Similarly, I go to Create Form and nothing opens.
What's going on?

I figured it out. I had too many forms in the active list. I have since archived most of them so I'm running fewer than 25 forms. That frees up the space I need to create and clone new forms.

I have checked your account and I was able to clone form and the clone was successful. The form is https://form.jotform.com/73504195144151. I was not able to replicate the issue also by clicking on create button.
Just to also let you know that we have new form limitation for different packages and this might be an issue also if you exceed you form limit you will not be able to create/clone new forms.
You will nee to archive old form to free up the limit.
