PLease help I had a payment returned not sure what is going on

I reviewed your account/username lizz700 and I see it is currently in the BRONZE-Monthly plan.
You can review also in your My Account Billing section https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Are you saying you are on the wrong subscription plan? What was the subscription that was cancelled? Please clarify and we will check again.
Let us know if issue remains.

I review further on your account email and I found that there was a previous double subscription payment on your account via PayPal payment.
We have cancelled the unnecessary duplicate payment and issued the refund.
Your account remains at BRONZE-Monthly plan and is in good standing at this time.
Please check your email for the notice we have sent you about the cancelled subscription.
Let us know if this is still not clear.
