Regarding the number of submissions permitted for the free account, is the 100 submissions ever renewed or is that total amount?

You can receive up to 100 monthly submission per account, and the total storage is up to 500. So, if you reach the storage limit, any new submission that arrives, will make the oldest one in your account to get deleted automatically.
