My form shows a blank page when sending the link via email...

    Hi, my form (http://www.jotformeu.com/smartvideo/smartbooking.ie) hows a blank page when send it via email to my clients... I have same form ebedded in my website (http://smartvideo.ie/booking-form/) and it is working on my Mac but I had a client complaining that it doesn't show up on their PC... Could some one help to see what the problem is? Thnk you.

    I have checked your webpage source and I can see the you have this URL (https://secure.jotform.com/11395315026) on your embed codes. Base on your screenshot,  I can now conclude that you have viewed and sent out the wrong URL of your form.

    Also, I have remove the ".ie" from your URL (http://www.jotformeu.com/smartvideo/smartbooking) and its working. Is the link with ".ie" on the end is really your URL?

    To reiterate what my colleague said, the form you are sending via email is totally different from the one that's on your site.

    This blank form's name is "Untitled"

    As for your other issue:

    The said client might not have JavaScript activated on their browser. Kindly ask them to either go to this site to activate JavaScript, or to use a different one.
