Preview Form Widget

    I have the option of a check or CC payment on my form. However, i.e. when I chose to pay by check and the preview, the CC header and fields are still showing up. I have defaulted them to 0 but is there anyway to hide that field if it is at zero? The preview widget does allow you to hide used fields but not for this.
