    Hi,

I have the free service and I noticed it says I have 4 of 5 used Forms. What does that mean...I only have up to 5 forms free of charge? Is this per calendar year and this number gets reset or does this mean 5 forms, period? No more freebies after that?

    Thanks!

That means that you can have 5 forms in total using the FREE plan.

Here are more details about the free plan:

    100 monthly submissions

    1 monthly payment submissions

    1,000 monthly form views

    5 total forms

    100MB total space

    500 total submission storage

If you need more than that JotForm offers three paid plans which you can see here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

I want to add that all the plans are 50% OFF.
