I haven't heard back. I still can't access my older jotforms. They are all blank. Have they been deleted?

I checked the last 5 forms in your account and I can verify that all of them are working properly.
May I ask what forms are you referring to? If possible, please provide a screenshot so that we can further investigate the issue.
