Password Change

    I requested an password change 3 times on the site but I have not received any information or emails

    I have just tested it out and I received the password reset email immediately.

    Can you check the Spam folder?

    Yes , I checked all folders for some reason I am not getting anything

    Your email landed on our bounce list. That's the reason why you're not receiving the password reset instruction email. 


    I have removed the email address from our bounce list. Please try to reset your password again and if the issue still persists, let us know.
