How can I add a logo to my form? When I try, I keep getting a message that the file I wish to add is "unsupported." Help!

I’ve tried both .pdf and .eps and also tried to copy and paste from a Word doc

You can not add .pdf or .eps files as a logo image.

You have to use any of .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png image.

Please get any of the above version of your logo and use it.
