Just launched a new ticket order form. Getting this notice back on both test purchases so far:

Why am I getting this, and what needs to be adjusted?

That may be happening due to the method how you have added your sender email address, I would recommend you to either switch back to the default sender or use a custom one using the SMTP method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
