This is because you are already on overquota status due to the form views, you can check the traffic on your account following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-Is-It-All-About
For now, you may wait until the next limit is reset the first of the next month (EST) or you may also upgrade your account.
