Total Submission Storage

Does the unlimited total submission storage refer to how many times you can receive the document from clients?  In other words, the document created could be submitted back to the account holder an unlimited amount of times?  Thank you for your clarification.

The limit is referring to the submissions you can store on your account, a total of all the forms on your account. 

A submissions counts when someone fills out a form and submit it, you will also be able to check your usage on your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
