We're trying to use JotForm for our business to collect contact information. Typically mailing addresses need to include a field for "Attention" - for various departments.
Is there a way we can add that to Address fields?

For "Attention" do you mean a "Required" field ?

Company address could come to different people or department. Not everyone utilize a mailbox number system.
For example, mailing address could be:
Attention: Accounts Payable Department
Address: 123 street XYZ
I need that additional field for "Attention"

Unfortunately, it is not possible to include another field into the Address field. What you could do is to add a separate "Short Text" field, where the form filler could include the "Attention" information.
