    Hi we have a free account. We have created 1 form. Today saw our account is suspended. Why

    Your account has been suspended due to violation of terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

    "Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

    Asking for credit card information is not allowed. If you want us to reactivate your account, we will need to delete those fields.

    Ok I have reactivated your account. So you can log in now and delete the offending fields as agreed.
