Monthly Payment limits

    When I first looked at jot forms and in all the help material, it says the free account can do 10 monthly payments submissions. When we ran a submission, now it's saying only 1 monthly submission. That is very unclear and misleading - which is it, and can it be updated?

    We're sorry for any inconvenience.

    The payment limit (1 payment submission per month) is introduced on 1st of November, so all accounts created after that date will have that limit.

    So if you looked at limits before that day you might have seen a different one.

    I have had my account created and it has been used for over a year. However my submissions changed from 10 to 1 just this month...In December I had at least 5 payment submissions, then I just received 1 for current month (Jan) and I received this notice that my forms will be disabled tomorrow...? Why did this happen??
