Hello. I have two questions about the Bronze plan.

1.-If I have reached my limit of 25 forms, and I deactivate one of them, can I create another form to replace it without loosing the data stored from the previous one?

2-The number of forms created are in total for the life of the subscription or can be reset every month/year?

    Thanks

Yes, you can deactivate a form and not lose its data as long as you do not purge the form in your trash.

The forms are the total your account subscription can create, it will not reset.

    Hope this information helps.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Thank you. In a free account I tried to deactivate a form to create another and the page said that I had reached my limit of 5. Is that because it is a free account?

    Thanks.

    That is correct.

We are sorry for any possible confusion, Free accounts are limited to 5 forms, initially, when that limit was introduced users that had more than 5 forms were grandfathered to keep all those forms, but, deactivating any of them will not allow them to create a new one if they are over the limit.

So for example, if you have 10 forms (on Free plan) and you deactivate (or delete) one, you will not be able to create another one at that time.

If you need to create new forms you have to upgrade your account.

Otherwise, you will have to deactivate forms until you're less than 5.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

Hello again. In a free plan, I deactivated one of the 5 forms to create another and I get this message. Does it mean that in free accounts you can't deactivate, only delete forms?

    Thanks!

Checking on your account you have exceeded the form limits recommended for Free plan. You are limited to only 5 forms but checking your account I can see you have 6 forms so even if you deactivate a form you will not be able to create another form since you have already exceeded the form limit for free plan

I would recommend you archive some of your forms to enable you to create additional forms.
