Not Receiving Email Notifications

    As of today around 9:00am AZ time, we no longer receive the email notifications when a JotForm has been filled out. We have not changed anything in over a month. Please fix this issue right now!

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the email logs below:

    Have you checked your SPAM folder already to see if the emails ended up there? Sometime the receiving email server can reject the email if the sender and recipient email are same. 

    I would suggest you to please change the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change the sender email of email alert:
