I cannot clone forms

    Typically I would click on more and then clone form and it clones the form.
    It does not do anything when I choose this.

    I've tried the clone form button under "More" option and it works for me. Please try clearing your browser's cache and try logging in to your account then try cloning a form once again.

    Here's how it looks from my end:

    I've cleared my caches and I've tried on another office computer.
    I need to know what to do. I send out these forms monthly to our office.

    The form that you are trying to clone was created in the account bgouthro and you are the sub-account user of that account. 

    The account bgouthro reached the Form limit which is 25 forms for the Bronze accounts and because of that you are unable to clone the form.

    The main account user will have to upgrade his/her account to a higher plan if you want to create a new form or clone existing forms. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page

    Also please note that all forms that are currently active on the account bgouthro are grandfathered and they will remain active.

    If the main account user does not want to upgrade the account, you will have to deleted or disable some of your active forms to make a space for a new form. You will have to reduce the number of active forms to 24 or less to be able to create/clone a new form.

    You can delete the forms that you are not using to make the space for a new form. Considering that there are 40 active forms on the account bgouthro you will have to delete 16 forms to be able to create 1 new form. 

    Instead of deleting the old forms you can also edit them. Delete all form fields form the form that you are not using and recreate the form. You can also clone the form fields from one form to another with Field Manager app - https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager
