Kindly assist I sent an email earlier requesting to speak to someone

Good day, 

I reached out to you guys before but no respond.  I am starting to believe you guys are not at work  :  )  Please reach out to me, I have some questions about our account that I need to adjust before the new tax year.  I sent a email about 3 weeks ago, asking to speak to a human so I can disgust services and plans and some other technical issues.
