I just received and email stating I was reaching my monthly limit of 10 submissions and that if I do not upgrade, I will no longer receive the submissions. It plainly states on the JotForm website the monthly limit is 100.
Which is correct?

You are receiving this notifications because your account had exceeded allocated SSL submissions of 10, since you have 10 SSL submissions.
What you can do to have the 100 submissions limit is by changing from https:// to http:// to disable SSL. This warning will continue till the next first day of the previous month when your account will be reset.
Below is your current account status. You can see these details by going to My Forms.
Every month, the submission capacity counter resets to zero, which means you can enjoy again the 10 Secure SSL Submissions and 100 Submissions.
You can upgrade your account to PREMIUM to enjoy more SSL allocation.
If you have questions please let us know. Thanks!
