     Hi! I´ve downloades or eliminated submissions but it still says over quota.

    Very odd, the form itself does not show the over quota error.  Try updating your embed code from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.co/jsform/51554932771864"></script>

    to the following:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/51554932771864"></script>

    If that does not work, replacing the script embed code with your forms iFrame code should:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
