Will JotForm automatically upgrade to the next package if my use exceeds my currently selected plan?
i.e.: If I subscribe to the "10 payments" plan and customer 11 comes along and tries to pay me, will it work or will it tell them something silly like they can't pay because I didn't upgrade?

The account plan will not be automatically updated. The 11th submission will go through, and you will receive an email informing you about the account over-limit status, so you will have some time for the upgrade.
